ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must have Internet access as of June 6, 2007. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive and Go RVing (“Sponsors”) and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: You must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to June 6, 2007.

There can be only one entry per e-mail address and entrants can win only one of the contest prizes.
Incomplete entries will not be counted and Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive and Go RVing (“Sponsors"), their parents, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, or misdirected entries.

PRIZES: Three (3) winners will receive one (1) Garmin Nuvi 350 Pocket Vehicle GPS Navigator; approximate retail value is $642.00 U.S. dollars. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Chances of winning are determined by the number of valid entries. No substitutions, exchanges, refunds or compensation will be made for any reason, including cancellation of the contest.

DRAWING: On or about August 31, 2007, winners will be determined by random selection of all eligible contest entries. Prize winners will be notified by the supplied e-mail address. Each winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release, and return it properly executed, within 14 days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the winner fails to return the affidavits and release as specified, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected or, if sufficient alternates cannot be notified prior to September 30, 2007 all un-awarded prizes will be forfeited.

The Sponsors' decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the contest.

If, in Sponsors’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the “Budget Travel and Go RVing GPS Device Giveaway” or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents.

GENERAL: This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. The winner agrees that the Sponsors’, their parents, affiliates and their agencies and their respective officers, employees, managers, agents, successors or assignees shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. The Sponsors’ reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. U.S. law governs this contest.

WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, after September 30, 2007, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Contests @WPNI, P.O. Box 17370, Arlington, VA, 22216-7370, and include the text: “Budget Travel and Go RVing GPS Device Giveaway”. Requests received more than sixty (60) days after September 30, 2007 will not be honored.
